March Board of Review meets on the Tuesday following the first Monday in March

The purpose is to review and examine the property assessment roll made by the assessor. This meeting is often referred to as the organizational meeting. The Board must also meet on the second Monday and one other day during that week in March to hear taxpayer appeals .

July Board of Review meets on the Tuesday after the third Monday in July.

The purpose is to review and correct qualified errors on assessments. They may also consider exemptions for principal residence exemptions, agricultural exemptions, poverty exemptions, disabled veterans exemptions, among other exemptions

December Board of Review meets on the Tuesday following the second Monday in December.

The purpose is to review and correct qualified errors on assessments. They may also consider exemptions for principal residence exemptions, agricultural exemptions, poverty exemptions, disabled veterans exemptions, among other exemptions
