The Zoning department is your first step when beginning any township building or renovation project.

DOWNLOAD and complete your zoning permit, bring or mail to the Township with the $25.00 fee. Please be sure to complete the diagram area and mark the actual area on your property with flags and/or string to show where the work is proposed.

The Zoning inspector will then come out and check the proposed project to make sure it conforms to all Township Ordinances. When your zoning application is approved, you can then apply for your building application.

If a mechanical permit or plumbing permit is required, our office will fax your approved zoning permit to Gary Hoover so that he can proceed with your project approval.
